Useful Information

Enrollment and Tuition

For payment, cash and cheques will be accepted. Please make cheques payable to "My Gym Children's Fitness Center."

A one time registration fee of HK$200 is required.

Enrollment is by the session. Each regular session is comprised of a series of 10 classes, one per week. There is no refund once the enrolled session has commenced.

Absences, not made up during a session, cannot be used to offset the tuition fee. There should be no siblings on the carpeted area at any time. Only children enrolled in the class may participate.

Make-up Classes

Members must schedule their make up classes at least 2 days ahead of time and time of make up is dependent upon space availability.

All make-ups should be completed before a session is over.

If you are unable to attend a make-up class, please let the gym know at least 2 hours ahead of time. If you do not notify us, we will be unable to re-schedule that make-up class.

Enforced Closures

When Black Rainstorm warning and/or Typhoon No. 8 is hoisted, all classes will be cancelled. Classes will resume TWO hours after the warnings have been lifted.

Suggestions for Safety and Fun

Please dress your child in loose-fitting clothing. Short or sweat pants work well. During class time, children need to be barefoot to ensure safety and adequate touch stimulation. Parents are required to wear socks.

In accordance with the Social Welfare Department guidelines, all children attending classes at My Gym must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

Please refrain from eating or drinking on carpeted areas.

Please adjust your mobile phones to vibrate mode.

My Gym assumes no responsibility for any lost or stolen articles left on our premises. Out of consideration for others, if your child is ill, shows any signs of illness or if they have a rash of any kind, please call us to schedule a make up class until your child is feeling better.

If any siblings have been ill, and your child is acting out of sorts, please also call to reschedule for a make up class.
